Shell Molding

The Shell Molding area has two gas-fired furnaces with capacities of 250 kg and 300 kg respectively, both equipped with automatic burners and continuous temperature control via digital pyrometers. In addition, a degassing system using extra-dry nitrogen is employed, which minimizes the presence of pores in the final product.

The shells are supplied by third parties. Once the pieces are obtained, the special waste is disposed of properly, in compliance with current regulations.

For cutting the casting, we have endless saws, rocker arms and hydraulic cutters.
