Injection

The Injection sector is equipped with eight injection molding machines ranging from 20 to 750 tons, all of them robotic to automate the loading of liquid aluminum and the unloading of the injected parts.

The metal is melted using a 1500 kg tilting furnace and a 300 kg static furnace. Each injection molding machine also has its own furnace with an automatic burner and real-time temperature control via a digital pyrometer.

We injection mold parts of various shapes and sizes, from 20 grams to 7000 grams. For sprue cutting, we use hydraulic presses and rocker arms that ensure precision and performance at every stage of the process.
