The gravity casting area is equipped with five gas-fired furnaces: one with a capacity of 300 kg for melting the metal, and four additional furnaces of 60 kg, 80 kg, 200 kg, and 250 kg used for the casting process. All furnaces have automatic burners and continuous temperature control via digital pyrometers, ensuring high precision in each casting.

The sector has ten hydraulic core molds and three mechanical core molds, all highly versatile. These allow, among other configurations, hydraulic opening and manual core removal. It is possible to cast pieces weighing up to 20 kg in this sector.

For cutting the casting, rocker arms, hydraulic cutters and saws specially adapted to this process are used.
