Injection
The Injection sector is equipped with eight injection molding machines ranging from 20 to 750 tons, all of them robotic to automate the loading of liquid aluminum and the unloading of the injected parts.
Gravity casting in shell
The gravity casting area is equipped with five gas-fired furnaces: one with a capacity of 300 kg intended for metal melting, and four additional furnaces of 60 kg, 80 kg, 200 kg and 250 kg used for the casting process.
Foundry on earth

ASHORE
The sector intended for the manufacture of parts molded in earth and/or self-hardening sand is equipped with two gas ovens of 250 kg and 300 kg, both with automatic burners and permanent temperature control by means of digital pyrometers.
Shell Molding
The Shell Molding area has two gas-fired furnaces, with capacities of 250 kg and 300 kg respectively, both equipped with automatic burners and permanent temperature control by
digital pyrometers.
OTHER SERVICES
Machining
We offer machining services for the parts we manufacture using conventional or CNC machines. This allows for reduced time and costs, while guaranteeing precision from the start.
